The N.C. Office of Recovery and Resiliency (NCORR) has launched the third phase of the Affordable Housing Development Fund (AHDF) program, which invites local governments to apply for financing for multifamily or single-family housing rehabilitation and new construction outside of the 100-year floodplain.
Interested units of local government can attend this virtual informational session to learn more about the program, eligibility requirements and application process. The program will begin accepting Letters of Interest from prospective applicants on May 15, 2023.
